Abstract

The State can only be explained inside the civil society, where the class-conflicty occur. It undergoes several changes as same time other sectors of society suffers the same. Facing the 20 century crisis, the Satate had to get stronger and prepare specialized manual work in order to fulfil its needs.

Graduado em Psicologia, Pedagogia e Filosofia, Aluno regular do Curso de Mestrado em Educação pela Universidade Estadual de Maringá - UEM; Docente da disciplina de Psicologia Aplicada nos cursos de Administração, Processamento de Dados e Ciências Contábeis das Faculdades Integradas de Maringá - FAIMAM do Centro Universitário de Mairngá - CESUMAR, e de Prática de Ensino de Psicologia na Universidade Estadual de Maringá - UEM/PR.
