The experiment was carried out in the Farm Experimental Cidade Gaúcha, UEM, with objective to study the effect of supplementation levels with concentrate in the superovulation response Corriedale ewes. the was used 28 ewes that received with concentrate in the follwing levels: 0, 100, 200 e 300 g/day with concentrate compound by corn, weat meal and soy bean meal in the superovulation response Corriedale ewe. using a progesterone vaginal sponge (50 mg MAP) for 13 day synchronized estous cycles. Superovulation was induced by 16 mg FSH-P (Pluset-Serono); FSH-P was injected i.m twice daily for 3 d starting 64 h before sponge removal. The corpora lutea were couted by surgery method. A completely randomized design, with four treatments and seven replication was used. There were no significant differences (P<0,05) in the number of corporea lutea (3,57; 4,85; 3,71 and 2,57), for blood tryglicerides concentration (12,00; 13,57; 15,00 and 13,57 mg/dl) and percentage of ewe that reaced to superovulation. There was linear effect on daily weight gain and quadratc effect on blood glucose concentrations (27,66; 49,00; 45,87 and 35,86 mg/dl). Dont was effect of concentrate supplementation on superovulation response in Corriedale ewes.Downloads
