Economic analysis of beef cattle fattening in winter pasture in a property in Campo Mourão – Paraná

Abstract
The property diversification through the beef cattle termination in the winter pasture is in an important alternative to minimize risk and low profitability of the winter cereals profiteering, contributing to the economic viability of the agricultural production system. This study aims to assess the economic analysis for the beef cattle termination in the winter pasture on a farm in Campo Mourão - Parana, through the production costs and revenues consideration that guide the activity. The profit result was given through the net margin, the price equilibrium points and productivity and profitability. The activity showed deficits in the pessimistic scenario, 19.14%, and profit in the intermediate scenarios, 4.99%, and optimistic 26.97%.
