Abstract

Tissue flow studies the origin and development of organs in an organism, the relevant transformations of production and the changes in form and structure of the plant through space and time. Morphogenic characteristics are affected by the abiotic factors temperature, water availability and nutrients. Morphogenic characteristics comprise leaf emergence and growth, stalk lengthening, life period of the leaf, development and growth processes of shoots. Since abiotic factors affect morphogenesis, current analysis undertakes a bibliographical review on the importance of the variables when managing the grazing pasture since they directly interfere in the production and quality of forage provided to the animals.
