Ethical and Legal Aspects of the International Adoption Institute of the Brazilian Jurisdictions: An Analysis under the Principle of Human Dignity

Abstract

This article aims to talk about the adoption institute, its origins and the developed over the time in order to examine their relevance to society as a solver factor of existing problems, mainly in Brazil. The adoption, once given as a reference point the adopter figure, it has changed in their advice, making it nowadays, in the interest of the adopted more than any other level. The issue still under study ends within the international adoption, adding its prediction on the Brazilian legal system and balancing the advantages and disadvantages resulting from this practice.
