POLITICAL CRISIS, HUMAN RIGHTS AND THE ISSUE OF THE VENEZUELAN REFUGEES IN BRAZIL

Abstract
This essay addresses the issue of Venezuelan refugees in Brazil with focus on the universal tutelage of the human person and enforcement of the resulting rights. It uses the hypothetical-deductive method, based on the dialogue of the sources of the law, aiming at the legal analysis of the political crisis to the Venezuelan refugees.
