Broiler and swine culture in Brazil are essential production chains for the good performance of agribusiness and of special reference on the international market. The above is due to several features favorable to good performance, namely, edaphoclimatic conditions, investments in research and development, capacity in cost competitiveness, value aggregation and a broad institutional environmental made up of a series of norms that warrants meat quality and respect to the environment. Current analysis investigates the final deposit of the chain residues and characterizes the main forms of their usages. A bibliographical research was undertaken from secondary data, even in specialized articles, the link sustainable management and economic profit in poultry and swine culture activities. Sustainable management is becoming easier to put into practice and make profit since consumption trends are the props of big enterprises to practice social and environmental responsibility in favor of the environment, producers and future generations.Downloads
