This is a data collection through a field research in interview forms with structured questions, applied to abstention users, participating in a recovery and social inclusion program. The results are clear about the interviewees dependence, 60% replied that they consumed the toxic more than once a day and more than two years. Most of those interviewed started the consumption between 14 and 17 years old, becoming evident at this stage the dependence of them to the drugs. It was found that 75% of the respondents were induced by the toxic consumption by colleagues and, according to the interviewees report, the reasons for the abuse of chemicals would be the lack of family structure (shared opinion by 45% of respondents), the influence of other people (36%) and marital mismatch (14%). It was concluded that the chemical dependence and its mechanisms are based on the biopsychosocial mismatches of the users family structure, and the treatment of the whole family the mechanism for the release of the drugs consumption.
