Abstract

There are numberless challenges within a solidary economy that need subjective transformations. Current research deals with modes of subjectivity within social interactivities in the cooperative CooperSul which proved to be a place in which cooperative workers expressed their subjectivity with regard to self-administration and working period. Cooperative subjects acquired the right of voice and vote through the challenge of self-administration. Working period in CooperSul may also have a qualitative and subjective dimension when the day-to-day conditions are taken into account. However, as in all human experiences, conflicts in CooperSul do not merely occur but are debated in meetings. In spite of all difficulties, CooperSul shows that when people organize themselves and build a solidary structure, they also organize and structure themselves.
