Establishing that many of the decisions are directed to information system consolidate the consequences, it is possible to affirm that these reports express the past, either the most recent or not, allowing some evidence of the efficancy of the way the decisions are taken in the firm. Evidencing this efficacy, this study initially introduces the management model practiced by the high-level administration needed for this administration level. The study allowed knowing the reality of a firm in an interaction between the way the decisions are taken and the management information system. In the conclusions, is the fact that, because of the lack of a system that does the reception, treating and analysis of the external environment information, the firm is taking risks, by not identifying the threats to its objectives, like losing the opportunities in its market.
