Abstract

Professional education in Brazil vis-à-vis public policies is analyzed objectively through a clear and brief review of Marise Nogueira Ramos´s book on the same theme, featuring a deep coherence with the concepts of the author. Current essay reflects on the dynamics of the construction process of a public policy of national teaching within integral human formation. The bibliographical research method, enriched with personal arguments and links to other authors, has been employed. Current analysis is thus a discussion on public policies for integrated professional education within a new heading through which social inclusion may be observed. The excluding characteristics, found in a great percentage of society and promoted by public policies, are lacking.
