Abstract

The present work approaches a tool of assists to the strategic management for measurement of performance to be used by the organizations. The main reason for the development of this boarding is to incvrease the possibilities of success and survival of these organizations in a very competitive environment. Balanced Scorecard – BSC is a methodology that comes sufficiently being used for the company. The companies, general way, and mainly the small ones, need to develop tools that assist them in the strategic management of its performance. The objective of this work is to present a summarized explanation of the Balanced Scorecard – BSC, bowever with a writing of easy agreement.
