Bandeirantes Industrial Park and the local government lack of action

Abstract

Having as reference the lack of action in relation to the urban policies in the city of Matingá,. and also in relation to local urban reality and the legislation that regulates it, it is possible to observe that this policy ineffectiveness has been translated into a fragrant disrespect to the local community and an offense to one of the fundamental principles of the magna Carta, that is, the human beig dignity. The non-implementation of these policies, have been making difficult, and even depriving, the private initiative the opportunity to invest in the City hindering the generation of new jobs and income, leading to the opposite of what the present reality and the Federal Constitution requires in respect to the reduction of social inequalities.
