Abstract

Bacteria resistance to antibiotics is evident, which makes it necessary to re-think, analyze and to research more about antibiotics since their indiscriminate use is leading to the lack of the desired effect. The objective of this paper is to indicate the necessity of programs for the intervention and promotion of the drugs adequate use, to which pathological agents are becoming resistant. For the their alternatives, vaccines, phitotherapeutical drugs, resistant strains, and the use of bacteria and fungi for the control of epidemics are being studied. A rigorous monitoring is indispensable in the use of any drug, so that there is no advancement of immunity or other undesirable side effects.
