Abstract

Current analysis deals with aspects between emergent strategies and organizational apprenticeship and investigates the influence of this relationship on the formation of organizational strategies. Research defines emergent strategies with their main characteristics. The phenomenon of organizational learning is analyzed with special reference to changes and adaptations in the organizations. The influences on the formation of organizational strategies are finally discussed. Results on the literature show a link between emergent strategies and organizational apprenticeship, especially in disordered environments and that the relationship affects directly the formation of organizational strategies.
