Family succession in the Agribusiness
Abstract
This work was carried out in the period between September 2005 and May 2006, in the city of Maringá – PR, exposing the theme – Family succession in agribusiness and the women role in this universe, and had the objective to demonstrate how the succession process has been carried out. Thus, the uses and customs of each belief, race, values, life and activity of the families involved in the sector were used as referential. As a tool, it was carried out an ample study in books, juridical codes that deals with this subject, specialized magazines and other necessary information from on-line research, besides the experience in the academic life.
