Abstract

Labor relationships within the right to work, defended by human rights in a globalized world, are built on precariousness. A swift look at the place of manufacture makes one aware that products are not consumed where they are made. This does not occur due to high quality labor but due to the fact that labor and environmental laws are more flexible and provide a more effective way in exploiting the labor force. There is a lack of unison between human rights and labor relationships. As a rule, the latter do not respect the human dignity of the workers and are bonded only with the maximization of profit. Current paper debates these issues through an analysis of labor in a globalized world and as a human right.
