HOW DO LEADERS LEARN? THE DYNAMICS ON THE LEARNING PROCESS OF LEADERS IN INSTITUTIONS OF LONDRINA, BRAZIL

Abstract

The results of a qualitative research which investigated the learning process of leaders in three school institutions in Londrina PR Brazil, are provided. Due to the importance of these institutions for the community, current analysis discusses the following issue: How is the learning of leaders of teaching institutions in Londrina? Interviews with four leaders, headmasters of the schools, were undertaken. Results show the importance of social interactions for learning, learning in practice and informal learning.
