Costumer Satisfaction about the Sales Stand in the Supermarkets of Nova Esperança, PR

Abstract

Nowadays the supermarkets are suffering a lot with the costumer behavior changes. The sales stand of supermarkets had to monitor these changes to enable them to meet the consumers needs, increasingly demanding. About this observation, the research project had as its main objective the analysis of consumer satisfaction for the sales stand in supermarkets in Nova Esperança, Paraná. There were interviewed a total of three hundred and eighty-eight people who attend the fourteen major supermarkets in the city. Analyzing the results it was found that the consumers in Nova Esperança have a heterogeneous vision according to the sales stand of its main supermarkets, especially with the price and supply, the variables that were considered of greater value for the lower class. Although some customers strategies for competitiveness and satisfaction are still relatively unknown by the managers and owners of supermarkets, the variable satisfaction had showed a high rate.
