Administration Graduated Students’ Expectations about Professional Market

Abstract

This article shows a research made with Administration graduated students and its purpose was to verify the students’ expectations about the professional market. For this, it was applied questions with them about their professional wishes, self-evaluation and graduation course appraisal. These questions were tabulated, analyzed and then was possible to delineate their profile and their expectations about professional market. Most of them made their professional choices without paying attention into the professional market tendencies and emphasized that they should be more dedicated on studies; situation that now shows how difficult it is to get the first job or a better professional position. The graduates frequently demands the linking between professional reality and theory while doing the course. The results show that the administration graduated students need better professional orientation before and during the graduation course, and the education institution should offer more opportunities for the students to bring their reality with the theory content they learned during the graduation course.
