Cultura Organizacional e Motivação para estimular o Treinamento nas Organizações
Resumen
A cultura organizacional é uma temática reconhecidamente relevante no contexto organizacional. Assim como a cultura organizacional, a motivação como temática de estudo, vem recebendo destaque nos estudos organizacionais. O objetivo central deste ensaio é apresentar e defender a importância da cultura organizacional e da motivação para o treinamento das pessoas no contexto organizacional. Neste estudo utilizou-se um ensaio teórico para análise da temática abordada. Concluiu-se neste estudo que a cultura organizacional é indispensável para o treinamento nas organizações, pois, uma cultura de treinamento pode proporcionar o incentivo a qualificação dos colaboradores. Constatou-se ainda que a motivação é relevante para o treinamento, pois, é necessário que os integrantes da organização estejam motivados para realizarem ações de treinamento que irão refletir nos resultados da organização. Portanto, este estudo acrescenta contribuições à literatura dos estudos organizacionais, tendo em vista que unificar a influência que cultura organizacional tem no ambiente de trabalho e a motivação para realizar treinamento, são os elementos fundamentais para as empresas atingirem seu propósito, e acima de tudo ter as pessoas como aliadas da organização.Citas
