Abstract

The state is born and solidified with the family. The family has been developing as patriarchal and as matriarchy, until you get to monoparent. The Brazilian legal system normalized it when they became Republic. Actually, there are different forms of families. It was from the 1988 Constitution that the Brazil normalized the monoparent family, since then has been branching towards the State itself.
