Right to Life and Dignity of Life

Abstract
The lack of conceptualization is one of the factors that have recently hampered the application of law in contemporary reality, as science and as its main feature should be the actual search results. Certain, however, that the right is inserted into the humanities world, so inaccurate, but this inaccuracy is based on the characteristic of its application and not in their research and development methods. The lack of precise concepts hinders its further application and within a reality that relativizes all, it is necessary that at least the concepts are basics or founding contract and noisy. It will address a way to several different concepts in science about the object of human dignity.
