Abstract

Civil responsibility in environmental law, especially with regard to the labor milieu, is analyzed. Objective accountability, regardless of any guilt, is not opposed when the general environment is debated. It should also be the case with regard to labor milieu conditions. However, the adoption of civil responsibility based on risk theory should be flexible enough since the acceptance of shunning indemnity foregrounded on the hypothesis of the exclusion of causality is more coherent when life is concerned.
