Education for Dignity Construction: The Role of the Law

Abstract
Education is the formation in dignity, conscience-raising and a change in attitude. It is awareness towards the meaning of life, providing subjects to fulfill their natural dispositions which are immanent and transcendental. The human being is a somatic phenomenon with potentialities that demand materialization, such as living in freedom, acting with responsibility, being cultural, taking history as experience and living transcendently due to metaphysics. Life is seen from the point of view of the quantum theory within the microcosm. It is relationship, cooperation, transdisciplinary system coupled to the environment which overcomes concepts of competition and class struggle. There is an intelligent relationship of constant dynamism and a seeking for re-equilibrium. Law should be above human nature and the natural law for dignity shall be the juridical source in the phenomenon of positiveness and application. Law is an educational tool and a constructive method that epitomizes all experience. It interacts between the subject and the object with reciprocal transformation.
