Development of the city of Lunardelli through the religious tourism; exists supply? or it is enough to have faith?
Abstract
The religious tourism of the City of Lunardelli, State of Paraná, had its beginning in the middle of 90´s, when it was realized the first "nine Day Pray" in honor to Saint Rita de cássia, the Saint of the despaired and the impossible cases. The devotion of Saint Rita de Cássia has been the responsible factor for the attraction of thousand of development of the religious tourism. The proposal of the research is to evaluate the insertion of new action form to the tourism and the benefits that it can bring to local economy, like job vacancy, economic supply, culture valorization and preservation of the enviroment. With the final results of the research it is intended to present poposals to a better touristic development, giving a well-being to the local population, to the visitors and general, guiding that planning is essential to supply the local religious tourism. It´s firmly important the discussion about the supply planning of the religious tourism in Lunardelli, having in sight the changing of the local reality in only one decade. The method of analysis is based on empiric rearches in the town, with tourists (pilgrimages) the local community and authorities responsible for the organizers entities involved in the tourist activity and in theoric basement.
