Abstract

This woek tries to identify the tourist services companies behavior with the tourit and the local, clients, which tools that they use for quality service and the acommitment with demand and other. this research has the ebjective to analyze the produciton system support part, that is, undertake an analysis that allows the identification of how the relationship between the tourist service produviders in the ciry os Maringá and its respective tourist take place, in relation to the support peoplo, managers and supervirors, as well as the technology and system used by the company. And so we try to provide orientations so that the tourist service providers in the city of Maringá know how to recive its visiors with professionalism, competence and other diferentials, to improve the receptive tourism in the region, from business point of view, the interaction between the company and the services provided to vision and local clients, according to the activity of view, yhe interaction between the recurces avaliable, aiming at good relationship between peoplo and their businesses. In respect to the quality, service and commitments, the service providers need to be adapting to be adapting to to the necessities and demands of the consume that come to accquire the services provide by them
