Analysis of Themes, Relationships and Trends in Scientific Production in Technologies and Education

Abstract
Current research analyzes themes and verifies trends with regard to scientific production in technology and education through the publications of the Brazilian Symposium of Informatics in Education (SBIE) in 2011. Information retrieval was done by collection and by quantitative and qualitative analyses. The bibliometrical approach was employed for quantitative analysis, whereas the technique of content analysis with Atlas.ti was used for qualitative analysis. Collection material was retrieved from the event’s procedures. The most discussed theme was Learning Environments and Objects for Learning, dealing with their own establishment and the development.
