Abstract

The main objective of this present research has been to show the doctrinarian divergences in respect to the classification of the Mandatory Tutelage, the disposition effectiveness it possess, its recipients, the fines, the changes affecting it that has happeded in the last reforms, and its historical evolution in the juridical ordination.
