Those who publish in the journal Saúde e Pesquisa agree to the following terms:

(a) Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication, with the work simultaneously licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which allows the sharing of the work with acknowledgment of authorship and initial publication in this journal.

(b) Authors are authorized to enter into separate, non-exclusive distribution agreements for the version of the manuscript published in the journal Saúde e Pesquisa, such as depositing the work in an institutional repository or publishing it as a book chapter, provided there is acknowledgment of authorship and initial publication in this journal.
