Capital reserves between 2006 and 2009 were analyzed and investigation developed on the basis of the financial situation through the dynamic approach of the variables Net Circulating Capital (NCC), Working Investment ( WI) and Money Balance (MB). Results show that Fleuriet Model revealed the behavior development of NCC, WI and MB during the period under analysis. Current study contributed towards the diagnosis of the firm´s financial situation and identified its relevant aspects, as follows: need of financing and revision of operational periods and acknowledgement of the firm´s financial respite. It may be concluded that the model allows for a wide and complete analysis, demonstrating the causes of modifications within the firm´s financial conditions, and that it should be used on a permanent level.
