Abstract

We live under a family configuration, under the protection of the Republic Constitution, the result of a moral social and juridical development. The family plurality desecrated the matrimonial family is the context where man and woman and children live and feed reciprocal, objective and subject for each one of their components. Paying attention to this new reality, the family is based on affection and respect to the human being dignity, reaching the matrix of a dematerialized Family Law, putting asinde relationships of economical dependency, and under the auspices of the constitutional edge on edification, the protection and upgrading of the person.

Mestre em Direito pela Universidade Estadual de Londrina - UEL, Especialista em Direito Civil e Processo Civil pelo CESUMAR e pelo Centro Integrado de Ensino c/c OAB-Maringá, Bacharel em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito de Curitiba, Magistrada Estadual na Comarca de Peabiru-PR, desde 1996. Graduada em Psicologia pela Faculdade tuiuti e Mestre em Educação pela Universidade Federal do Paraná.
