Abstract

The contemporary philosophers reflect the law’s spectrum as an allopoyetic phenomenon, dynamic and incomplete, in constant cylindrical and communicative movement, taking together institutional power and society in the creation and concretion of the normative pleiad. The tridimensionalism results in the juridical flow and approaches doctrines pertaining to schools shaded in its investigations about Law, trying paradigmatic transmutation of legal categories, always shed to the biggest end of the solidary man dignifying.
