Abstract

This article seeks the inability of the legal person having personality rights. Examining the history and characteristics of these rights, it appears that the rights most commonly remembered as rights of legal personality of the person may not be well considered, since the legal person is informed by the credit and profit, while the human person is informed by human dignity. When you accept the idea that the legal person should be seen as a tool created by humans, than it is visible the reason to consider that the person has personality legal rights.
