Current research investigates ludic strategy for the enhancement of a healthy life style in different populations. ABEP, Training for Change of Behavior for A.F. and Motivation Scale were employed and data were analyzed by content analysis and tabulated by SPSS 18.0. As a rule, people acknowledge health as a multi-factor aspect, with a positive perception on games, with an important motive aspect (pleasant, interactive and favors learning). It actually contributes towards a change in behavior, enhancing the embodiment of a new way of life.
