Responsibility for the content of the Saúde e Pesquisa journal and the manuscripts published therein lies with the authors and the editors, in accordance with the agreements established between the parties. Any claims or inquiries received will be forwarded to the Editor-in-Chief of the journal.

Website Responsibility


The Saúde e Pesquisa journal reserves the right to edit manuscripts accepted for publication to ensure that the form and content of the manuscript comply with the journal’s graphic design, current orthographic and grammatical standards, and the citation and reference formatting guidelines of the Brazilian Association of Technical Standards (ABNT). All changes made to the accepted manuscript will be submitted to the authors for prior approval.
Submitted manuscripts will not be returned to the authors.

 

Author Responsibility


In accordance with the recommendations of the Open Access movement, the contents of the Saúde e Pesquisa journal are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY).

Authors of articles published in the Saúde e Pesquisa journal retain the copyright of their works and license them under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license, which allows any user to (i) share—copy, download, print, or redistribute the material in any medium or format; and (ii) adapt—remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercial use. Therefore, articles published in the Saúde e Pesquisa journal may be reused and distributed without restriction, provided that the original work is properly cited.

According to the terms of the license, users must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate whether changes were made; and they may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits.

The Saúde e Pesquisa journal encourages authors to self-archive their accepted manuscripts by publishing them on personal blogs, institutional repositories, and academic social media platforms, as well as posting them on their personal social media, provided that the original publication in the journal is properly cited.
