The response of Physalis peruviana L. in the wake of inoculation and co-inoculation of different micro-organisms which promote plant growth in field conditions is analyzed. Assay design comprised randomized blocks with four blocks and eight treatments. Treatments refer to individual inoculation of Azospirillum brasilense (A), Bacillus amyloliquefaciens (B) and Trichoderma asperellum (T), different combinations with MPCPs (T+B; T+A; B+A and T+A+B) and control (C). After 15 days of seedling transplants (DAT), SPAD indexes of chlorophyll (Chl a, Chl b and total Chl total) were evaluated; at 50 and 150 DAT, the height of aerial part (APA) was evaluated. Fruits were gathered at 75 DAT up to 120 DAT, with number of fruits per plant (NFP) and mean fruit mass (MF). Fruit samples underwent physical and chemical analysis to determine luminosity (L*), chromaticity (c*) and external color (ºhue) of the fruits. At 270 DAT, fresh biomass of the aerial part (BFPA) and dry biomass of the aerial part (BSPA) were determined. There were no significant differences for variables under analysis. Co-inoculations B+A and A+T had the highest mean rates for Chl a, whereas T+A+B had the highest mean rates for total Chl, both statistically differing from inoculation of A. brasilense. In the case of variable ºhue, treatments A, B and T+B had the lowest mean rates with the best visual fruit coloring.References
