Abstract

This present paper aims at assessing, briefly, the general lines of the juridical institution on judged cases material, questioning the possibility of mitigating its effects on those cases in which, having transited under judged, the sentence that attributes the paternity of an individual on another comes after genetic examination based on comparisons of DNA, in which it is proved that there is no blood links in the previous filiation.
