The embryo and unborn child personality and the juridical implications of attended humam reproduction on brazilian law

Abstract

With the present study, we intend to demonstrate the juridical implications about the attended humam reproductions and its incidence on the embryo personality in vitro or in natura, as well as the surplus embryos problematics and the question of insemination post mortem among others juridical questionings deriving of attended humam reproduction and legislative absence in our country.
