Environmental Law And The Neoclassical Economic Theory: Environment Wellfare Value

Abstract

The study of environment legal science must be related to the economic theory so the principle of sustainable development can be carried out. Environmental goods, it is not rarely, are often used as feedstock in the production process and the natural environment as a deposit for the resulting waste from it. To that end, it is mister to employ criterias and methods developed by neoclassical economic theory in the investigation of the environmental goods values, that are not used to internalize the negative environmental externalities, must be applied in the valuation of environmental damage.
