Heart of Essential Duties: A Rescue of Cultural Plurality
Abstract
One of the major issues of human rights is to protect them, because the effectiveness of human rights still finds social, economic and especially cultural limits. It is proposed the multiculturalism as an approach to support and respect human rights, through a process of cultural sources and legitimacy in a society. However, for this it was necessary to investigate the existence of an essentially human right that can be easily recognized by any company anywhere in the world. The dignity of the human person, the generations of rights and citizenship are revealed as a nuclear triad in the study of human rights by submitting to scholars and especially the to applicators a standard right to be seen as the best way to protect and respect the humanity rights.
