Abstract

For a long time lawyers, doctrines and applicators of the law, have discussed the matter of scientific certainty, as well as the need for better forwarding legal research. In this context, the purpose of this article is to discuss and highlight the importance of the research in Science's current law, aiming to comment about issues relating to research and science, object and method, considering the law natural features, which can not be forgotten. Still, it is intended to demonstrate that the strengthening the research with practical application could contribute to the scientific and knowledge effectiveness.
