Abstract

Our experience marked by the variety of students, modalities and objectives invoked at the beginning of the classes, we can gather that the rigid models or methods could be applied if and only if we omit the factors time and space, and technology slows its overwhelming pace about the well-known and most established institutes. We dedicate these opening words to establish certain guidelines, some that respond to the conceptual and argumentative starting points, and others to the objectives that we propose for this work. So these guidelines will be applied both in this exhibition as well as in all the media that we enable for dialogue and class exchange, as many possible spaces as areas of application. As we mentioned from our experience, whether in the face-to-face as well as the virtual one, we try to make students know that efficiency is sought, in the didactic and teaching path of law. It is also worth mentioning that the role of the educator is not simply to communicate content, but to get the student to experiment with the concept itself, its possible application and treatment. For this reason, the case method, some annotated bibliographies, failure workshops, or other practical activities, can allow us to contain the learner’s attention within the class hours and for that experience to be enriching.
