  • The complainant expresses his displeasure by categorizing it as a complaint.

  • The complaint must refer to something under the responsibility of Revista Saúde e Pesquisa in terms of content or process.

Revista Saúde e Pesquisa is aware of the following categories of complaints:

  • Authorship complaints.
  • Plagiarism complaints.
  • Multiple, duplicate publication or simultaneous submission.
  • Undisclosed conflicts of interest.
  • Bias on the part of the reviewer or harmful competitive practices on the part of reviewers.

Complaints Management Policy

In the event the magazine receives a complaint alleging that any contribution to the magazine infringes intellectual property rights or contains material inaccuracies or illegal materials, an investigation will be initiated. This investigation may include requesting evidence from the parties involved to support their claims. Revista Saúde e Pesquisa will make a good faith decision regarding the removal of allegedly illicit material, and all stages of the investigation and decision will be duly documented by the magazine. We recognize our commitment to ensuring that RPCFO maintains the highest quality standards and is error-free. However, we understand that mistakes may occasionally occur.

The Editor-in-Chief and the Revista Saúde e Pesquisa team will dedicate every effort to promptly correct any problem in an appropriate manner, including offering the right to reply when necessary. We seek to investigate complaints impartially, examining how systems can be improved to prevent errors where possible.
