Abstract

This study aims to define Intellectual property and its essential concepts, mainly with the questions examination related to the new media. The cultural patrimony is located in new frontage from digital media. The cultural property as an example of protected work by law, have an specific treatment on the information society, where digital effects prosecute a facilitator function of the information and knowledge access, including about cultural patrimony in its totality.
