Science Law Production: Law Masters And Doctorate In Brazil

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the evolution of the scientific literature courses in the Law Masters and Doctorate in the last decade, as well as its relationship with the legislative changes implemented by examining some of the main barriers to the development of law research, as it concerns its quality. Seeks to analyze how it makes the ownership process of scientific knowledge as well as the barriers to be overcome to achieve, in fact, the development of law research. Issues such as the law science, the methodological impurity and legal science isolation are among the topics discussed in this article, which aims to contribute to ensuring a qualitative increase in scientific output in the legal area.
