Abstract

In the present work, we will focus our attention on this last area, in the search for equality within labor law, trying to redefine some concepts, starting from taking into account the new social needs, the diverse family structures and the current paradigms that They require a new adaptation of labor law in order to avoid discrimination, and in order to integrate diversity, through rules that ensure equity. In this sense, we will emphasize the institution of the family, which has acquired new structures, new forms, new constitutions, leaving the old stereotype in the past; and how these new structures have impacted within the world of law in its various branches. Society has manifested itself in the quest for new needs, breaking paradigms, in search of inclusion, in pursuit of cultural diversity, in the fight for new human rights in which equality has recently been the protagonist of the request to cries of the manifested society, which imposes new family structures.
