Abstract

The dignity of the human being, as a guiding principle of law, has become a major reference to the lawyer today, because it represents the guiding role of the court, which aims to prevail justice. Upon the case analysis it is when effectively expresses the role of principles in a general way. Historically, the human dignity defense was gradually gaining evidence, many fights are set for the achievement to be effective. Make the citizen’s life possible is a state function and it is also assigned the task of providing them this worthy living way. The coexistence in society must be based on respect to the other, the limitations imposed converge towards the common good.
