Considerations About the Personal Data Protection Right Regardless to Bank Accounts of People in Cuba

The present article has as an objective to present the characterization of the actual state of the personal data protection right regardless to bank accounts of people in Cuba, from the role of the banking secret as a practical manifestation of that right in banking institutions. To its accomplishment, it has applied methods of the theoretic-juristically and the empirical level, combined with logical operations of the thinking such as analysis, synthesis, abstraction, generalization and others like induction and deduction. The main result is given by theoretical an practical diagnosis done in a sample that reached different provinces in the country and let to offer a characterization of how it implements in Cuba the personal data protection right regardless to bank accounts of people.References
