Abstract

The article brings a reflection about the functioning and organization of supervised work placements under the new national curriculum directives for the Law Course, concerned with the identification of bottleneck points in their structuring. There is indication of specific methodology for the work placement to fit the new legal demands. As a provocation, it is suggested a ruling model for the regulation of activities.
