Reflections about the functioning and organization of activities of supervised work placements of the law course under the resolution n.9, 29.10.04 from the higher education chamber of the brazilian education chamber of the brazilian education national

Abstract

The article brings a reflection about the functioning and organization of supervised work placements under the new national curriculum directives for the Law Course, concerned with the identification of bottleneck points in their structuring. There is indication of specific methodology for the work placement to fit the new legal demands. As a provocation, it is suggested a ruling model for the regulation of activities.

Pós-doutor em Direito Educacional e Mestre e Doutor em Direito das Relações Sociais, na Linha de Direito do Trabalho, todos pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo – PUC/SP. Avaliador “ad hoc” da SESU/MEC e do INEP. Professor pesquisador do Programa de Mestrado em Direito do CESUMAR – CENTRO UNIVERSITÁRIO DE MARINGÁ.
